So how much to stay and how do I pay?
We accept payments via the following:
Our rates are all inclusive for up to 5 guests, including linen - no hidden charges! Please view our booking / availability calendar to view our current prices for the dates you are interested in.
Pricing is per night and is subject to change. In general a two night minimum stay applies, however some time periods may have a different minimum stay - please check our booking / availability calendar. A one night stay may be considered for an additional charge of $50 on top of the applicable tariff - please contact us to discuss.
A deposit is generally not required, however this can change depending on the time of the year. If required it is normally $50 and is refundable up to approximately 7 days before your arrival date. You can see if a deposit is required on the booking confirmation page before confirming your booking, and it is shown beside the total amount.
Approximately 14 days out from your check in, we will email you a reminder to pay the final balance on the booking. The outstanding balance is due 7 days prior to your check in. Once we have confirmed your payment we will send you an information pack including the address. Two day before your arrival we will email / SMS you an electronic door code that you use to access the property. If you fail to pay the outstanding balance you booking and deposit will be forfeited.
If you make a booking that is less than a week away, we will request full payment upfront.
All payments are managed through the My Booking section on this site. In this section you can view your booking details, see your transaction history, any outstanding balance and payment due dates. This section also provides you with the available payment methods.
We accept payments via either Direct Deposit or PayPal / Credit Card.
Direct Deposit (Australian banks only): Using this method you transfer money from your bank account to ours via your banking website / application (i.e. NetBank, Westpac Online etc). When you do this please include the booking code in the "To description" in your transfer so we can track which booking the payment was for. We provide you with our bank details when we request payment. There is no surcharge from us for this method (although your bank may charge a fee).
Direct Deposit is not available within 6 days of your check in date or from a bank outside of Australia.
Payments via this method may take up to 3 business days to appear in our bank - so plan accordingly.
PayPal / Credit Card: If you choose this option you have the choice of securely using either your Credit Card or your PayPal account. In the My Booking section, when you click the "Pay Now" button, you will confirm the amount to be paid (which will include a 1.5% surcharge) and then be taken to the PayPal website to securely make your payment. Once your payment is complete you will be directed back to this site. At no stage do we see your Credit Card information - those details are securely handled by PayPal. There is a surcharge for using this method.
PayPal / Credit Card payments are available right up until the date of check in.
Payments via this method are instantaneous - once you have paid your payment will appear straight away in the My Booking section.
Cancellations and variations are accepted 7 days prior to your arrival. The deposit component of your booking (if required - deposit details are shown before confirming your booking) is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation within approximately 7 days of your check in date unless it is due to COVID19 restrictions. If you cancel outside of 7 days your entire amount paid to that point will be refunded. We recommend that you take up travel insurance.
If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, flood etc.), we will endeavor to inform you immediately and all monies will be refunded in full.
